The course not only teaches you the grammar, it also teaches you how to speak in a simple and interesting way. What I like the most is the section for pronunciation and the section showing your progress. This is a real motivation as you can see visually how much you have learned.

I bought this software a few years back in order to learn the basics in Catalan for my vacations. It is very fun to use and alternates between grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation. It is also quite extensive in terms of content and you have to keep at it to get all the way to the end of the course.
