I needed to learn Irish for my postgraduate course in Irish literature. Although the CD was not the only thing I used to learn Irish, it was certainly one of the most useful. What made the CD so effective is that it actually made me speak (as a teacher of English I know this is the hardest part, especially for adults). I am interested in Guarani because my wife if from Paraguaya and speaks Guarani as her first language. Due to work, my free time is limited and I needed an initial introduction to the language, which I can work on in short sessions. You course offers me this type of learning. I liked the simplicity and organization of the software in order to begin learning right away.

I used this just before heading back to Slovenia for the second time. It was useful to learn some more of the words and grammar. I did find that some of the words weren't in common use in Slovenia. Just like in English there are many slang sayings used instead.
