I had purchased an earlier version of TeachMe! Welsh several years ago which had 4 CDs. It was a bit cumbersome to use. I now have the new version and am very pleased with it as it is so easy to use (very user friendly). Upon receit of this version the CD-ROM could not be read, but the person who handled my complaint emails was very helpful and sorted out the problem as quick as was humanly posible. I am totally happy with linguashop and rate it 10 out of 10 for both product and service.

I’m moving along very well with the course, having already made it to level 5. I find learning with the course very pleasant, because I can set my own pace. As well, the grammar and corresponding explanations and the short stories are really very good. I had already tried to learn Welsh with another product, but there were no explanations and no dictionary. I didn’t like it so I gave up. With TeachMe!, learning is fun and I hope to have learnt enough by the summer to speak with my friends in Wales in their native language. (even if my accent isn’t perfect).

Not only is this the best product I have used in my attempt to learn Welsh but I would particularly like to praise the on-line support offered to customers. I have found the support to be excellent and, most importantly, quick and almost immediate. I encourage you all to try this product.
