Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery will be from the LinguaShop warehouse to the customer's delivery address. Information about the delivery deadline is not binding, unless a specific delivery date has been agreed. All items purchased from LinguaShop are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If the item does not arrive, LinguaShop may, at its own discretion, decide to reship the item to an alternative address provided by the customer. In such a case, shipping costs for reshipment are the responsibility of the customer.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that he/she is aware that some or all of the products purchased are for download. By placing an order, the customer confirms that he/she has already downloaded and tried the 'Speak!' software.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that he/she will not use abusive or offensive language, insults or derogatory terms with LinguaShop staff. The customer also confirms that he/she will contact LinguaShop before writing a critical review, in order to provide LinguaShop an opportunity to remedy concerns, errors or uncertainties.

The customer also confirms that he/she has already visited the help page and understands that most, if not all issues can be resolved on the help page without additional support from LinguaShop staff.
If any LinguaShop product is found to be defective, LinguaShop will endevour to correct the technical problem. If the defect cannot be corrected, the product can be returned within 14 days and the full product price will be refunded. Returns are accepted only in the sole case that the product has proven itself to be defective.
