Tajik verbs are conjugated for each person. The conjugation consists of an ending placed on the verb stem. For the second person plural, Tajik verbs typically use the ending '-id'. Important to note is that pronouns are not used with the verb in Tajik except to create emphasis. This means that, unlike English, the verb is in general used without a pronoun.
Between 1928 to 1940, Tajik was written with the Latin alphabet, then with a modified version of the Cyrillic alphabet thereafter. Tajik is considered by many to be a very pleasant language to listen to. The 'Listen and Learn' MP3 audio course is a fast way to learn Tajik.
