Possessive pronouns are used in Ukrainian to describe possession or ownership. Just like English, Ukrainian has a set of possessive pronouns. The Ukrainian words for 'my' are 'мій', 'моя' and 'моє'. The word 'мій' is used with masculine nouns, the word 'моя' is used with feminine nouns and the word 'моє' is used with neuter nouns.
